This permanent, full-time role offers Monday to Friday hours, competitive pay, flexible arrangements including one RDO per month, and access to modern workshop facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers to be home every night and enjoy a regular schedule without FIFO or DIDO commitments.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles and trailers, including electrics, driveline, transmissions, engines, steering, suspensions, braking, and ancillary systems (Kenworth, Volvo, MAN)<\/li>\n<li>Responding to breakdowns on-site and, occasionally, off-site to minimise downtime<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosing faults using wiring diagrams and other technical resources, and completing repairs efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all work meets statutory inspections, safety standards, and company requirements<\/li>\n<li>Completing accurate service records and documentation for all repairs undertaken<\/li>\n<li>Keeping your workspace organised and safe<\/li>\n<li>Working as part of a skilled team and participating in an on-call roster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recognised trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic or Vehicle Mechanic)<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a truck or heavy vehicle workshop environment<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Tech Tool and Insite systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>HC Licence (or the ability to obtain) and willingness to obtain a Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence<\/li>\n<li>Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>High standards of workmanship and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Current driving licence with a clean record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent, full-time position in Kwinana<\/li>\n<li>Competitive pay and flexible working conditions<\/li>\n<li>One RDO per month<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to join a supportive, skilled team and work in a professional environment<\/li>\n<li>Relocation within Australia may be considered for the right candidate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
