Due to continued growth, they are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support their finance function across accounts payable, payroll and general finance administration.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate fortnightly payroll via an external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with an external HR provider on payroll-related and general HR administration matters<\/li>\n<li>Manage weekly accounts payable runs, including invoice processing and supplier queries<\/li>\n<li>Perform general ledger reconciliations and support month-end processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with banking activities, including adherence to policy and cashflow support<\/li>\n<li>Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Produce regular reporting for NB1, the Board and Venues West<\/li>\n<li>Provide general finance and administrative support as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in accounts payable and payroll roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with external service providers<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience with financial systems and strong Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Employment Hero and XERO preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work-from-home flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<li>Great coffee<\/li>\n<li>Convenient location<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to contribute to a values-driven organisation with strong community impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
