This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to a confident operator who can manage the full production cycle, ensure quality output, and work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. With strong systems and equipment already in place, you\u2019ll be set up to focus on delivering efficient, high-quality results while contributing to ongoing growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing production from artwork approval through to final output<\/li>\n<li>Operating and managing large-format printing and finishing equipment<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling and prioritising jobs to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and adjusting artwork files to ensure print accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Conducting final quality checks before dispatch<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and resolving issues ahead of production<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing workflow and maintaining organised workspaces<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with internal teams on job progress and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Supporting junior staff when required<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring production performance and identifying improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a print or signage production environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills across large-format printing equipment<\/li>\n<li>Advanced ability in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop<\/li>\n<li>Experience producing signage, decals, banners, and vehicle graphics<\/li>\n<li>Confident working independently and managing full job cycles<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Well-organised with a sense of ownership and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented with a willingness to support others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time position with long-term stability<\/li>\n<li>Pathway into a Production Manager role<\/li>\n<li>Leadership opportunity within a growing business<\/li>\n<li>Well-structured workshop with reliable systems in place<\/li>\n<li>Occasional overtime available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
