This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be working across aged care facilities, so a professional, respectful approach is essential, particularly when working in occupied environments. The role will suit someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General handyman and maintenance work<\/li>\n<li>Roof tiling, minor roof repairs and leak rectification<\/li>\n<li>Fencing repairs and installations<\/li>\n<li>Remedial construction and basic carpentry works<\/li>\n<li>Room make-good works including carpet removal, patching, minor demolition and reinstatement<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with site clean-ups and material handling<\/li>\n<li>Representing the business professionally when interacting with site managers and staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer, Carpenter, Handyman, Maintenance Worker or Trade Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Carpentry experience highly regarded<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit and capable of manual labour<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and pride in workmanship<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and professional presentation<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, Monday to Friday role<\/li>\n<li>Overtime and after-hours call-outs available<\/li>\n<li>Company vehicle provided<\/li>\n<li>Perth metro-based work<\/li>\n<li>Long-term, stable opportunity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
