They are now seeking a talented Residential Designer to join their team and play a key role in creating thoughtfully designed homes that meet both client expectations and buildability requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver high-quality, market-ready designs across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Sales Reps and key stakeholders to turn client visions into finished dream homes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure every design is fully compliant with R-Codes, Australian Standards, BCA and relevant Shire requirements<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and assess DAP and LDP documentation to produce accurate, compliant schedules<\/li>\n<li>Apply smart, cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or functionality<\/li>\n<li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, high-energy approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Produce standout, eye-catching elevations using industry-leading 3D software<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot challenges and keep projects running smoothly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 hands-on experience in residential design across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes within the WA market<\/li>\n<li>A Diploma of Drafting and Design (or equivalent industry qualification)<\/li>\n<li>Strong, practical proficiency in Archicad \u2014 this is a must<\/li>\n<li>A sharp eye for aesthetics, layout and seamless design flow<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to problem-solve and think on your feet<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of various construction methods including double brick, timber framing and brick veneer<\/li>\n<li>Full working rights in Australia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous remuneration package<\/li>\n<li>Free onsite parking<\/li>\n<li>Great company culture<\/li>\n<li>Various career progression opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
