They are now seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join their team and play a key role in bringing high-quality residential designs to life.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the administration team to ensure client homes align with pre-construction requirements and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare preliminary, planning, working and prestart drawings to support contract documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation complies with NCC requirements, R-Codes, local shire policies and developer covenants for successful shire submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Implement amendments to working drawings in line with approved variation orders.<\/li>\n<li>Raise drafting clarifications to address design feasibility, compliance and shire feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with engineers, energy assessors and surveyors to ensure all information is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience within residential construction or building drafting.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting (or equivalent qualification).<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Archicad with the ability to produce accurate, build-ready documentation.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Solid working knowledge of the NCC, Residential Design Codes and relevant Australian Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret DAPs, LDPs and structural engineering documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building principles.<\/li>\n<li>Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome design and compliance challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience producing working drawings and contract documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working autonomously while managing deadlines and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Honest, reliable and professional, with a positive approach to your work.<\/li>\n<li>Team-focused mindset with a genuine can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Full, unrestricted rights to work full-time in Australia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous remuneration package<\/li>\n<li>Free onsite parking<\/li>\n<li>Great company culture<\/li>\n<li>Various career progression opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
