This is a hands-on position suited to a confident HR professional who thrives in frontline environments, enjoys working closely with leaders and employees, and can balance employee relations, compliance, and performance support in a fast-paced setting.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing day-to-day HR support to site leadership and employees across a broad range of HR matters<\/li>\n<li>Advising on employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and investigations<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation are applied consistently and remain compliant on site<\/li>\n<li>Supporting performance review processes, development planning, and employee training initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate HR records, reporting on HR metrics, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and reward and recognition programs on site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a HR Advisor role within a site-based, FIFO, mining, construction, or similar operational environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Fair Work, employment legislation, and general HR\/IR practices<\/li>\n<li>Confidence managing employee relations matters including disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the workforce<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to remain calm under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A key site-based HR role with strong exposure to operational leadership and workforce matters<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to make a genuine impact on workplace culture and employee experience<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in both day-to-day HR operations and broader HR projects and initiatives<\/li>\n<li>A varied role across employee relations, compliance, performance, and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Support from a broader HR team while maintaining ownership of site HR activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
