This is a full-time opportunity working across local roads, residential subdivisions, car parks and urban civil infrastructure works. This role is strictly metro civil construction. Not FIFO or mining haul roads.<\/p>\n<p>This position will suit a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work, understands tight tolerances, and works well as part of a collaborative site team.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating road graders to produce accurate final trim surfaces to project specifications<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with supervisors, operators and site crews to deliver quality civil outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Interpreting grade sheets, levels and engineering drawings<\/li>\n<li>Completing pre-start checks and carrying out routine plant maintenance, reporting any faults<\/li>\n<li>Operating plant safely in line with site safety procedures and traffic management plans<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining daily records including timesheets, plant checks and work completed<\/li>\n<li>Communicating clearly on site to support smooth workflow and productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator<\/li>\n<li>Valid Grader Operator ticket<\/li>\n<li>Strong Perth metropolitan civil construction experience (roads, subdivisions, car parks \u2013 not mining haul roads)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to achieve millimetre-accurate finishes for sealing, paving and kerbing<\/li>\n<li>A strong eye for levels, fall and drainage<\/li>\n<li>Confidence reading and working from civil drawings, grade sheets, set-out marks and stringlines<\/li>\n<li>Sound understanding of road camber, crossfall and tie-ins<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in live traffic environments, residential subdivisions and commercial sites<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of kerb lines, pits, services and surrounding infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Experience with machine control systems (GPS \/ UTS) is desirable, with the ability to work both with and without machine control<\/li>\n<li>Strong safety awareness, including pre-starts, JHAs and Take-5s<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, level-headed, and friendly approach on site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, Perth metro site-based work<\/li>\n<li>Consistent civil projects with no FIFO requirements<\/li>\n<li>A professional, safety-focused site environment<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to work on well-run urban infrastructure projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
