This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement, building trusted relationships, and delivering practical technical solutions to site-based customers across WA.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visiting mine sites across WA (including Pilbara and Goldfields) to build strong customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Identifying client challenges and presenting tailored solutions to improve fleet air conditioning performance and reliability<\/li>\n<li>Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account growth<\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders across mining operations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with internal technical and project teams to scope and deliver solutions<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity reporting<\/li>\n<li>Representing the business at industry events, client meetings, and site visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with or within the mining industry (e.g., maintenance, reliability, supply, or sales)<\/li>\n<li>Confidence engaging site stakeholders and decision-makers in operational environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-manage, plan effectively, and work autonomously in a field-based role<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Western Australia<\/li>\n<li>Experience in business development, account management, or solution selling (advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding of mobile equipment systems or fleet reliability (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent full-time role with autonomy and ownership of your WA territory<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships within the mining sector<\/li>\n<li>Support from technical and project teams to deliver complete client solutions<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to major mining operations and complex, high-value accounts<\/li>\n<li>Clear pathways for career progression into senior account or national roles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button below to submit your resume.
