This is a full-time position supporting service locators across the Perth metro area, working hands-on in the field to safely expose and verify underground utilities using vacuum excavation equipment and hand tools.<\/p>\n<p>This role is considered an entry-level opportunity into the utility locating industry and would suit someone with a background in civil, construction, or underground services who is keen to build a long-term career in this space.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating vacuum excavation trucks and supporting site works<\/li>\n<li>Assisting service locators to safely expose underground utilities<\/li>\n<li>Using hand tools and site equipment in line with safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Working around live underground services in active environments<\/li>\n<li>Following all site safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MR licence (highly regarded)<\/li>\n<li>White Card<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in civil works, construction, drilling offsider roles, or underground services<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions<\/li>\n<li>A strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well as part of a tight-knit team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, ongoing role based in Welshpool<\/li>\n<li>Regular overtime available<\/li>\n<li>Night shifts available for those seeking additional hours<\/li>\n<li>Clear career progression into utility locating<\/li>\n<li>Supportive team culture with hands-on training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
