This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination and being the go-to support person within a maintenance function.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time position, with weekends required as needed and a phone included. The role will suit a proactive and well-organised administrator who is confident working with multiple stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced setting.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing administration support for planned maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and managing service sheets for all plant and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining plant service schedules and ensuring maintenance records are up to date<\/li>\n<li>Managing parts procurement for projects, including sourcing, ordering, freight, returns and credits<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner with day-to-day tasks<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with documentation, coordination and general maintenance administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in maintenance administration or a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Confidence communicating with internal teams and external suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Experience using maintenance management systems (highly regarded)<\/li>\n<li>A positive, bubbly personality with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider maintenance team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, stable employment<\/li>\n<li>Phone included<\/li>\n<li>A varied role supporting a critical maintenance function<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to work closely with a supportive and experienced maintenance team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
