This is a fantastic opportunity for a credit leader to remain close to complex lending decisions, while also driving team performance, compliance, and service delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and support a team of three Assessors across commercial and consumer lending portfolios<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate lending assessments while maintaining credit quality and risk standards<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on complex commercial and consumer credit assessments and act as a key escalation point<\/li>\n<li>Oversee reporting and monitoring of team performance<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Head of Credit on credit policy reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IT to support lending system enhancements and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Assist during peak periods to ensure smooth end-to-end lending workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll bring:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in consumer and commercial lending or financial services<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of credit risk, lending regulations, and compliance frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership and team management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Tech-savvy with MS Office and lending systems experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 month contract (full time hours) with potential extension<\/li>\n<li>Influence credit decisions and policy improvements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Develop your commercial and consumer lending expertise in Perth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
