If you\u2019re passionate about property management, thrive in a structured environment, and want to join an agency that invests in its people, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 inspections per annum on all Perth properties<\/li>\n<li>Attend all final bond inspections<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and develop their assistant with the goal of transitioning them into a Junior PM role<\/li>\n<li>Stay three months ahead on lease renewals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain no more than 2% arrears<\/li>\n<li>Confidently attend court and negotiate on an owner\u2019s behalf<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and create agreements accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Deliver excellent service to both tenants and landlords<\/li>\n<li>The ability to create accurate and professional marketing<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively and treat colleagues with respect, courtesy, and kindness<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and use AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you\u2019ll need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years as a Senior PM<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft skills<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate knowledge of IRE &amp; Property Me<\/li>\n<li>Consistent industry experience, with up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes<\/li>\n<li>Team player \u2013 comfortable in an open office environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a service-focused approach to both tenants and landlords<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow professionally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Car + phone + laptop + fuel<\/li>\n<li>Paid CPD&#039;s<\/li>\n<li>No Leasing<\/li>\n<li>2 x Assigned assistants for support<\/li>\n<li>Competitive Remuneration<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid portfolio:<\/li>\n<li>40% regional<\/li>\n<li>10% commercial<\/li>\n<li>50% group owners with major portfolios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How to apply:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your application for this position please click on the &quot;APPLY&quot; button.
