Greys Recruitment would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our team. Recruitment Specialist, Kelzi McKelvey who joins us on 01 October 2020 in our Port Elizabeth office. Kezli has extensive international and IT Recruitment experience and will be a great addition to our team.

After finishing her degree in Public Relations and Events Management in 2012, her career started in Cape Town as an Events Coordinator in the hotel industry. After being there for 3 years, she decided to move back home and that is where her recruitment journey began.

She worked for a recruitment agency as an internal recruiter prior to being promoted to an IT Recruiter Consultant. She was with the agency for 2 years before being recruited by an International Salesforce Development company, (based in the US) where she scouted talent nationally and internationally for the company. 

She is passionate about people and assisting with making their dreams come true by finding the right fit for them in their career. Company culture and the happiness of both employers and employees as well as finding the perfect fit is what creates a happy work/life environment.

On a personal level, she enjoys the gym but now that she is a mom, her son takes up most of her time. At the moment, her interests are meeting up with friends for coffee or a playdate to keep the toddlers entertained. Kelzi and her husband enjoy taking their son and little 3-year old Shih Tzu for walks around their suburb, park or beach.
