General Labourer/Construction Work

Our clients are seeking reliable and experienced General Labourers and Construction Workers to join their teams across the Perth metropolitan area. We are building a pool of candidates for temporary, casual, and ongoing opportunities across a variety of construction and civil projects.

These roles are suited to safety-conscious workers who are physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced site environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
• Performing general site clean-up and maintaining safe work areas
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Completing demolition, digging, lifting, and other manual tasks
• Assisting with formwork, steel fixing, concreting, or fabrication where experienced
• Following site procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
• Completing other general labouring duties as directed

What you’ll need:

• Previous labouring, construction, civil, or similar experience
• A valid Construction White Card
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work
• An understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Suitable personal protective equipment, including steel-cap boots and high-visibility clothing

The following will be highly regarded:

• A current Australian driver’s licence
• Experience in formwork, steel fixing, concreting, fabrication, demolition, or civil construction
• Forklift, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, or other relevant tickets
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Availability to start at short notice
