He has also managed a team of 30 consultants from diverse backgrounds, achieving record-breaking invoicing through permanent placements year after year.

A natural leader, Debbie heads a team of payroll administrators, managing audits, statutory reconciliations, tax directive applications, and detailed reporting. She is known for blending analytical precision with heartfelt empathy, creating a workplace culture grounded in professionalism and people-first values.
