They are now seeking a talented Residential Designer to join their team and play a key role in creating thoughtfully designed homes that meet both client expectations and buildability requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver high-quality, market-ready designs across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes
  • Partner closely with Sales Reps and key stakeholders to turn client visions into finished dream homes
  • Ensure every design is fully compliant with R-Codes, Australian Standards, BCA and relevant Shire requirements
  • Interpret and assess DAP and LDP documentation to produce accurate, compliant schedules
  • Apply smart, cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or functionality
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, high-energy approach to work
  • Produce standout, eye-catching elevations using industry-leading 3D software
  • Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot challenges and keep projects running smoothly

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in residential design across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes within the WA market
  • A Diploma of Drafting and Design (or equivalent industry qualification)
  • Strong, practical proficiency in Archicad — this is a must
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics, layout and seamless design flow
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Solid understanding of various construction methods including double brick, timber framing and brick veneer
  • Full working rights in Australia
