Tax Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading mid-tier professional services firm in Perth to recruit an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing specialist tax consulting division. This opportunity is ideal for a corporate tax professional looking to step into a high-impact advisory role, working closely with senior leaders on technically complex and commercially focused matters.

Flexible work arrangements are supported, with both part-time and full-time options available.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing income tax and GST advisory services across a diverse client portfolio
• Preparing tax technical research and written advice
• Interpreting legislation, case law and ATO guidance
• Managing client relationships and leading tax engagements end-to-end
• Scoping, quoting and delivering tax consulting assignments
• Working closely with senior stakeholders and other service lines
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Identifying tax issues and delivering practical, commercial solutions

What you’ll need:

• Background in corporate tax consulting (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred)
• Strong tax technical knowledge with commercial awareness
• Experience across income tax and GST advisory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage engagements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce
• CA, CPA or CTA qualified (highly desirable)
• A proactive, professional and solutions-driven mindset
