Management Accountant – Manufacturing

Our client is seeking a full-time Management Accountant to join their manufacturing operations based in Malaga. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in driving efficiency, profitability, and informed decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Monitoring and analysing manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports
• Providing insights to support pricing, margin analysis, and strategic planning
• Managing capital expenditure and project accounting, including R&D grant claims
• Coordinating audits, ensuring compliance, and maintaining internal controls
• Partnering with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve outcomes

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification
• 5+ years’ management accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• ERP systems experience with advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
