What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a well-maintained western suburbs portfolio with professionalism and care
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring clear, responsive communication
• Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
• Handle maintenance, disputes, and tenancy issues efficiently and tactfully
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the company’s values of integrity and service excellence
• Work independently in your own office, supported by an experienced and ethical team

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• Restricted/Unrestricted Certificate IV
• Drivers Licence and working Vehicle
