What you’ll be doing:

Processing invoices and assisting PM's with budgets as instructed
Drafting PM documents & providing clerical support to management
Liaising with Trust Accountants, PM's & Agency Administrators
Report issues and generate work orders as instructed

What you’ll need:

Real Estate experience (highly considered)
Sales administration experience (highly considered)
Property management experience (highly considered)
Cirrus8 experience (highly considered)
