Customer Service / Call Centre Officer

Wood Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Officer to join a fast-paced operational environment in Perth.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customers, coordinating bookings, and solving problems quickly in a high-volume phone environment.

We welcome applicants from customer service, call centers, outbound telesales, transport/logistics, dispatch, retail, and hospitality backgrounds.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
• Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly
• Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates
• Maintaining accurate customer and booking records
• Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
• Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based environments is highly regarded
• Backgrounds in dispatch, bookings, logistics, retail or hospitality are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident and friendly phone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
