What you’ll be doing:

• Nurturing and developing an existing database to uncover new opportunities
• Actively reaching out and creating fresh business leads
• Meeting with potential clients to provide clear, confident rental assessments
• Converting prospects into signed managements through strong communication and follow-through
• Overseeing the setup of new properties to ensure they’re market-ready
• Handing over new listings to the Property Management team with clarity and care

What you’ll need:

• Experience in Real Estate Sales/Property Management (highly considered)
• A current WA Drivers licence
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Bring energy, drive and desire
