Service Technician – VIC

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of construction and earthmoving equipment
• Completing fit-outs and pre-delivery work on new and used machinery
• Diagnosing faults and responding to customer breakdowns both in the workshop and in the field
• Providing exceptional customer service while working independently or alongside a skilled service team
• Following safe work practices and maintaining high-quality workmanship at all times
• Working with the latest equipment and, where applicable, supporting electric machinery and evolving technologies

What you'll need:

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Fitter General, or similar
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing construction, earthmoving, agricultural, or mobile plant equipment
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Current Australian driver's licence
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Electrical knowledge or experience with electric plant equipment will be highly regarded but is not essential
