Senior Property Manager – Subiaco

Our client, a highly reputable and long-standing real estate agency in the Subiaco area, is seeking a confident professional to lead a well-maintained portfolio and provide exceptional service to their valued clients. In this role, you’ll enjoy strong administrative support, efficient systems, and a collaborative team culture that genuinely values work–life balance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and skilled in building positive relationships with landlords and tenants. You’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio autonomously while still having the backing of a supportive leadership team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Minimum 2 inspections per annum on all Perth properties
  • Attend all final bond inspections
  • Mentor and develop their assistant with the goal of transitioning them into a Junior PM role
  • Stay three months ahead on lease renewals
  • Maintain no more than 2% arrears
  • Confidently attend court and negotiate on an owner’s behalf
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and create agreements accordingly
  • Deliver excellent service to both tenants and landlords
  • The ability to create accurate and professional marketing
  • Work collaboratively and treat colleagues with respect, courtesy, and kindness
  • Ability to understand and use AI

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 3 years as a Senior PM
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of IRE & Property Me
  • Consistent industry experience, with up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes
  • Team player – comfortable in an open office environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a service-focused approach to both tenants and landlords
  • Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow professionally
