Systems Expert – Transport Management System (TMS)

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Expert – Transport Management System (TMS) to join their transport and logistics operation in Brisbane. This role would suit someone with strong TMS experience who enjoys supporting operational teams, troubleshooting system issues and helping businesses get the most out of their systems.

This is a permanent opportunity offering $75,000 + superannuation. You’ll work closely with transport and operational teams, providing day-to-day system support, assisting with reporting and identifying ways to improve system processes and efficiencies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing day-to-day support and expertise across the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Assisting users with system queries and troubleshooting issues
• Supporting transport and operational teams with effective use of the TMS
• Maintaining accurate system and operational data
• Assisting with reporting and data analysis
• Identifying opportunities to improve system processes and efficiencies
• Providing guidance and training to system users when required
• Liaising with operational and technical teams to resolve system-related issues

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience working with a Transport Management System (TMS)
• Experience within transport, logistics, distribution or a similar operational environment
• Strong computer and systems skills
• Good Excel and reporting capability
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to support users at different levels
• A practical understanding of transport and logistics operations would be highly regarded
