Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years’ proven experience in acoustic hardware engineering or product development.
- Experience in audio, acoustics, electronics, or related product development environments.
- Strong understanding of acoustics, transducers, microphones, loudspeakers, and audio hardware systems.
- Experience with hardware design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Proficiency in CAD and engineering design tools.
- Knowledge of signal processing principles and acoustic measurement techniques.
- Experience working within cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop acoustic hardware solutions and audio products.
- Conduct acoustic measurements, testing, analysis, and performance evaluations.
- Develop prototypes and support product validation activities.
- Investigate and resolve acoustic and hardware-related issues.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electronic, software, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation.
