Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business departments to understand processes, challenges and system requirements.
- Analyse existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and digitalisation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, process maps, BRDs, FRSs and wireframes.
- Design functional solutions and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and developers.
- Coordinate systems through development, testing, implementation and rollout.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and identify system gaps, bugs and improvement opportunities.
- Support national system implementation, including user training, SOP development and adoption.
- Monitor system usage, data quality and functionality, conducting ongoing reviews to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather user feedback and work with developers to continuously enhance systems.
- Manage and prioritise multiple systems and projects to ensure they deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in systems analysis, business systems, process optimisation, automation or a similar technology-focused role.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and experience working with developers.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional system specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
