Key Requirements:
- IT or Business-related Honours degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ programme management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale IT programmes and portfolios.
- Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and IT systems.
- PMP certification.
- Agile Practitioner certification.
- Demonstrable experience in portfolio prioritisation, programme governance, risk management and financial control.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capability.
Your profile should demonstrate:

- Strong PMO governance and programme delivery capability.
- Experience managing multiple projects, disciplines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for establishing, managing and executing the IT project portfolio in alignment with business-unit strategies, business plans and broader IT and Operational Technology (OT) strategy.
The role requires someone who can see the bigger picture while maintaining control of the detail — from portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions through to programme execution, risk management, financial governance and transition into operations.
