Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production schedules and workflow
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw material requirements
- Monitor production progress, output and stock levels
- Identify delays and adjust schedules to minimise disruption
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control and Warehouse
- Conduct production meetings and track progress
- Prepare production and performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain or a related field will be advantageous
- Strong production scheduling and planning skills
- Experience with Sage Evolution
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
