Requirements:
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Technologist
- BEng, BSC or B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Resident Engineer on road projects
- Strong familiarity with local road specifications such as COLTO, COTO, and TMH
- Understanding of contract administration of various foms of contracts such as GCC, FIDIC, or COTO applications
Responsibilities:
- Supervising construction sites, ensuring projects meet design specifications, and managing budgets, timelines, and contract administration
- Act as a primary link between the client, design engineers, and contractors
- Contract Administration and Management
- Quality Control and Engineering Oversight
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Stakeholder Management
