Contingency planning
Continuous improvement and best-practice implementation
Multi-temperature transport operations
Complex, multi-site and multi-disciplinary environments
Experience managing large operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in an organisation with 400+ employees will be advantageous.
Grade 12 with Higher Grade Mathematics.
Tertiary qualification in Transport or a related field is mandatory.
Honours qualification would be advantageous.
Strong computer literacy is required, including:
MS Office – particularly Advanced Exce
PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and MS Project
Advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
Accounting software experience
Experience with Microsoft Great Plains will be advantageous.
