Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with technical and support teams to deliver client solutions.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular account updates and market feedback.
