CAPE TOWN - ELSIES RIVERProduction Team LeaderWe are seeking a motivated Production Team Leader to join our client in the manufacturing industry. This is a developing role with a probation period to assess competence and eagerness in fulfilling responsibilities.Location: Elsies River, Cape TownType: TEMP, Month to Month June, July & August 2026Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 07h30 till 16h30, Fridays: 07h30 till 14h30, Saturdays & Sundays - If required.Hours: Normal Time 40 hours per weekPay: R92.29 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Matric, Ideal Matric with Bachelor’s

Experience:

  • Production Factory Experience 3 – 5 years in Beauty, Food, and Pharma
  • Team Leadership n- minimum of one year
  • Computer Systems: Syspro System
  • Home Language: English or Afrikaans
