INTERNAL SALES (BEARINGS)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (good Math understanding).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Excellent comprehension.
• Technically minded.
• High attention to detail, numeric accuracy, strong problem-solving skills, and a friendly, client-focused attitude.

Duties 

• Counter Sales: Greet walk-in clients, identify their specific bearing/power transmission needs, and process immediate orders.
• Inbound Enquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email/other electronic customer quotes with speed and professionalism.
• Order Capture: Process sales orders, generate invoices, and log data accurately onto our ERP system.
• Technical Advice: Assist clients with basic product identification, cross-referencing bearing part numbers, and offering tailored solutions.
• Stock Control: Maintain the point-of-sale display area, verify incoming parts, and handle customer returns efficiently.
