HIRING Experienced Recruitments Consultant in Durban and PE

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Durban and PE. The role will involve building relationships, developing and retaining new business, as well as looking after our current clients from a recruitment perspective.

Greys Recruitment has offices throughout South African and is firmly rooted in the solid foundation of the Measured Ability Group of Companies, which has had continued growth throughout the pandemic.

We have no restrictions on the marketing area, offer an above-market-related basic salary plus monthly commission with no desk fee deficit carried forward. Numerous leads are supplied.

Required Experience:

• Proven track record of revenue generation, new business development, and client retention
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for sales and building client relationships
• Candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes
• Own transport essential
