About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management and maintenance strategies.
- Oversee plant equipment, facilities infrastructure and engineering systems.
- Drive preventative maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Manage engineering teams, maintenance operations and resources.
- Lead technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and occupational health and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree / National Diploma in Mechanical OR electrical Engineering.
- Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) for Factories.
- Minimum 7 years' relevant engineering experience, including at least 5 years in engineering or facilities management.
- Strong experience with HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps and utilities.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems, electrical systems and relevant engineering standards.
- Proven asset management, team leadership and maintenance planning experience.
- Building automation systems and negative-pressure ventilation experience.
