Minimum Requirements
- Certificate in Customer Service, Marketing, Exports, or related field (NQF 5).
- Up to 3 years’ customer service or customer liaison experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional telephonic and email support to customers and end-users.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and claims accurately on SAP.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate delivery timelines to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and service-related issues efficiently.
- Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer service activities.
