Job Duties:
- Scheduling drivers and scheduling staff.
- Ensure employee shifts are being filled.
- Communicating quickly and efficiently with clients regarding staff presence on site.
- Compiling timesheets
- Equip employees with correct PPE.
- Assist with coordination of staff on site.
- Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes
- Maintain client satisfaction.
- The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing Industries.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Great communicator.
- Flexible to work shifts and public holiday (should it be required
- Well-organised.
Remuneration:
Basic salary + Commission.
