Requirements
- LLB/ Admitted attorney
- 2 years post-admission experience in contracts law and or litigation
- Engineering/insurance industry knowledge would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- The claims negotiator contributes to the organizational goals by processing and validating insured claims within reasonable time frames to meet the insured’s needs and requirements
- Liaising with specialists/underwriters and using information gained to finalize claims
