Minimum Requirements
- Certificate in a Technical, Engineering, or Electrical discipline (NQF 5).
- Trade Tested Artisan (preferably Electrician or Millwright).
- Certificate in Accounting and Leadership.
- Up to 10 years’ experience in Electrical Production/Operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience.
Advantageous
- Diploma in Technical/Engineering/Electrical discipline (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (NQF 7).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise production processes, output, and productivity.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors and production teams.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
