Admin Analyst

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• A Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Fleet Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
• Previous fleet administration experience preferred.
• Diesel management or fuel analysis experience advantageous.
• Experience working with transport or logistics companies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Microsoft Word.
• ERP systems.
• Fleet management systems.
• Accounting software (Pastel or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and monitor monthly diesel expenditure, fuel consumption, and fuel cost trends across the fleet.
• Reconcile diesel statements, investigate variances, and prepare diesel analysis and management reports.
• Update ERP diesel pricing and maintain accurate fuel records.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules for trucks and trailers, including servicing, wheel alignments, brake tests, roadworthiness inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance due dates and coordinate with workshop staff to ensure repairs and servicing are completed on time.
• Manage vehicle pre-check compliance and follow up on all reported maintenance defects until resolved.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly fleet, maintenance, and fuel management reports.
• Maintain complete fleet maintenance records and support continuous improvement in fleet reliability and operating costs.
