Warehouse Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receiving, storage, handling, inventory control, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of product quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while ensuring full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Experience working in GDP/GMP-compliant environments.
  • Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, WMS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure products are stored under the required environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity controls where applicable.
  • Monitor stock movement to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Ensure First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) principles are consistently applied.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and support scheduled physical inventory counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and report potential shortages, overstock situations, or obsolete inventory.
