About the Role
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Sales certificate or related qualification advantageous
- 1–3 years' retail sales experience
- Battery fitment experience essential
- Computer literate
- Good communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with battery and related product sales
- Perform battery testing, replacement and fitment
- Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers
- Process sales, quotations and customer transactions accurately
- Promote current specials and new products
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation and replenishment
- Ensure shelves and displays are neat and well-stocked
- Handle customer queries, returns and claims professionally
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
