Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations, profitability and strategic growth
- Oversee production, sales, customer service, logistics and quality
- Drive revenue growth, cost control and financial performance
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans
- Lead, develop and manage teams across the business
- Build strong customer and commercial relationships
- Ensure compliance, governance, risk management and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations or a related field
- 8–10 years’ management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing budgets, operations, people and business performance
- Manufacturing, distribution or industrial sector experience advantageous
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
