Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • An MBA or postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
  • 5–8 years’ experience within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in sales management within an OEM or dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive market dynamics.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance management tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new vehicle sales performance across a regional dealership network.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and dealership performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and support dealership sales teams to improve performance and customer outcomes.
