Key responsibility
Ensure continual drive for sales through repeat visits
Discuss future promotions, focus lines, stock issues or any other relevant information
Communicate pricing, listing, product, packaging or stock issues directly to customers
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management as well as reporting problems to management where assistance is needed
Ensure that feedback on above is detailed and correct
Implements and monitors agreed upon strategy on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to monitor sales and ensure sales targets are achieved
Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). IT qualification or relevant IT certifications will be advantageous. 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or a technical support environment. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking. Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting. Good communication and customer service skills.
