About the Role
The opportunity
You will take ownership of residential development delivery, driving project feasibility, financial performance, professional team coordination and construction execution. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring developments are commercially viable and successfully delivered.
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years' property development experience, with substantial experience in large-scale, multi-phase residential developments.
- Proven involvement in managing residential developments from feasibility through to completion.
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related built-environment discipline.
- Strong commercial, financial and project management capabilities.
- Experience managing professional teams, consultants, contractors and development stakeholders.
- Previous experience within a property developer environment is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to mixed-use precincts, integrated developments, sectional-title or apartment developments.
Key Attributes
Commercially astute, strategic, decisive and confident in leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities are essential.
