Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Sales and/or Marketing.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and customer service.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets.
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store employees.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and results.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and professional store environment.
