Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance stores environment (manufacturing preferred)
- Essential: Hands-on Syspro ERP experience (receiving, issuing, stock enquiries and reporting)
- Computer literate (MS Excel and stock management systems)
- Knowledge of maintenance spares, bearings, tools and consumables
- Physically fit and able to perform manual store duties
- Higher Certificate in Inventory Management or Supply Chain will be advantageous
- Knowledge of Maintenance Connect will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, issue and control maintenance stock, tools and consumables
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
- Assist with procurement and supplier follow-ups
- Ensure all stock documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised stores area
- Prepare stock reports and monitor reorder levels
- Support the maintenance team by ensuring critical spares are always available
